"Jeff gave excellent customer service and explained everything in detail and work so hard to get my claim approved on my water heater through my warranty company. He was very polite and courteous and arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. Jameson arrived on schedule with the new water heater explained everything in detail that he was going to do to install my water heater and answer all of my questions. My water heater is in a very small outside closet and my water heater had to be moved to the opposite side of the outside closet which required Jameson to have to run new pipes and change the way my electrical wires was run because the new water heater was bigger than my old water heater. He also had to do extra work because of updates with codes. He was so polite and was very knowledgeable. Veterans Plumbing gives excellent customer service from the very start to the very end. They followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction .They will be taking care of all my plumbing needs in the future."
